Who we are
Pulse is a founder readiness diagnostic tool operated by yump.tech (Roberto Castro, Costa Rica). Contact: roberto.castro@yump.tech
What we collect
- Name and email address — provided by you when starting the diagnostic.
- Your scorecard responses — the answers you give across the five readiness dimensions.
- Session metadata — IP address, browser type, and referring URL, collected automatically for fraud prevention and analytics.
- UTM parameters — if you arrived via a tracked link, we record the source/medium/campaign for our own marketing analysis.
How we use it
- To generate and email your personalized Pulse report.
- To send follow-up communications related to your diagnostic results (roadmap options, debrief scheduling).
- To improve the diagnostic tool and understand how founders use it.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers listed below.
Third-party services
- Email delivery — we use a transactional email provider to send your report.
- Hosting — the application runs on cloud infrastructure subject to its own data processing terms.
How long we keep your data
We retain your scorecard record and contact information for up to 24 months. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email roberto.castro@yump.tech and we will respond within 10 business days.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to maintain your scorecard state while you complete the diagnostic. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
